When will I have to renew my certified membership?

MSDUK certified membership must be renewed annually for your certification to remain valid. A renewal reminder will be emailed to your business’s key contact once a week during the month leading up to your membership expiry.

To renew, log in to your Dashboard on the MSDUK supplier portal, click ‘Renew’, and follow the on-screen prompts.

If the renewal window is missed, your business will automatically move to the Self-Registered membership tier, and the button will change to ‘Upgrade’. To regain certified membership, click ‘Upgrade’ and follow the prompts.
