Certification helps businesses demonstrate ownership, management and readiness to buyers. Certification does not confer preferential treatment, guarantee contracts, or influence supplier selection decisions. All procurement decisions remain with the buying organisation and should be based on capability, value, quality and relevant procurement requirements.
