Pathway to High Growth (Cohort 6)
This is a procurement readiness programme for SMEs owners from underrepresented backgrounds with an ambition to grow their capabilities and better understand corporate supply chains. Over four weeks, business owners will engage in 16 hours of immersive learning, gaining insights into corporate supply chains.

Programme Overview
This hybrid programme combines the best of both worlds - two face-to-face training days and two virtual learning sessions, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for participants. Gain an understanding and apply key elements of a capability statement for engaging corporate buyers. By the end of this programme you will be confidently able to pitch your business to the corporate buyers and stakeholders while having developed a peer mentoring network with other businesses on the programme. Module 1: Programme Introduction and Identifying Customer Personas
Module 1 introduces the programme and focuses on customer personas. Participants will engage in networking activities while refining their personal pitch. The session covers understanding capability statements, followed by an introduction to group mentoring. It concludes with identifying and mapping customer personas.

Module 2: Preparing to Sell and Pitch to Buyers
Module 2 focuses on preparing to sell and pitch to buyers. Participants will practice networking, and attend a capability statement workshop.

Module 3: Financial Management
Module 3 covers financial management, focusing on both theory and practical applications. Participants will continue working on their capability statement & pitch deck, followed by group mentoring and feedback.

Module 4: Capability Statement Pitches
Module 4 focuses on capability statement pitches. Participants will deliver 3-minute capability statement presentations to a judging panel, followed by networking activities and a conclusion ceremony.
Eligibility
Who Can Apply
Startups and SMEs
This programme support startups and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with 250 or fewer employees.
Businesses from underrepresented groups
Businesses that are at least 51% owned, managed, and controlled by people from ethnic minority backgrounds.
Business to Business (B2B) or Business to Government (B2G)
All SMEs are welcome to join, however, those B2B or B2G businesses are most likely to benefit from this programme.
