Turning small wins into major contracts

For Gemini, growth did not begin with a large contract. It started with a single opportunity.

Shortly after joining MSDUK, they were introduced to a corporate client looking for window cleaning services across seven sites in the North West of England. It was a modest piece of work, but Gemini treated it as a chance to prove their capability.

After successfully delivering the initial contract, they were invited to tender for a much larger opportunity covering office cleaning across 100 sites. Gemini secured 55 of those locations, initially generating £60,000 in annual revenue. As the relationship developed, that figure grew to £130,000 per year.

The momentum continued. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Gemini was trusted to manage the supply and distribution of PPE for a corporate client. The contract responded to an urgent need and resulted in the delivery of more than £300,000 worth of equipment.

Each step built on the last. Strong delivery led to trust. Trust led to larger opportunities.

Over time, this approach has enabled Gemini to work with multiple major corporates, while continuing to expand their pipeline through new introductions and relationships.

Behind that progress is a clear pattern – access to the right opportunities, combined with consistent performance, allowed Gemini to scale steadily without compromising on quality.
