About BX Merchandise
BX Merchandise is a diverse, women-owned business based in Brixton, specialising in sustainable branded merchandise.

Built on ethical sourcing, strong design and environmental responsibility, it has become a trusted partner for global organisations seeking to align their brand with meaningful values. Across sectors including technology, engineering, pharmaceuticals and finance, BX Merchandise delivers products that combine quality with purpose.

From visibility to long-term collaboration
Growth has been driven by access to the right opportunities and the ability to deliver at scale. Like many smaller businesses, entering large corporate supply chains was initially a challenge, requiring credibility as well as capability. Strategic connections through MSDUK helped bridge that gap.

Through these introductions, BX Merchandise has built relationships with over 30 corporate organisations, many of which have evolved into long-term partnerships, generating repeat work and deeper collaboration.

Spotlight on recent partnerships
Work with a multinational pharmaceutical company that began with a Pride campaign has grown into an ongoing partnership. Similarly, a connection made through an industry event led to a relationship with a global investment bank, where BX Merchandise delivered bespoke products for an international office launch – now a flagship example of its creative, sustainable approach.

One of the most significant partnerships is with Cummins. What started during the COVID-19 pandemic as an urgent request for reusable masks developed into a multi-year relationship, including the delivery of over five million masks across Europe, the launch of the Fleetguard European swag shop, and wider sustainability initiatives.

More recently, an introduction to Haleon led to a collaboration supporting a major internal event, delivering responsibly sourced products aligned with environmental goals.

Across these examples, a clear theme emerges: the right connections create opportunity, and strong delivery turns those opportunities into long-term partnerships, supporting expansion into new industries and markets.

Beyond commercial growth, BX Merchandise continues to show that sustainable, design-led merchandise can operate at scale while maintaining quality, integrity and impact.

“Through the right opportunities and partnerships, we have been able to show that sustainable merchandise can deliver both commercially and creatively at the highest level.” Sarah Sayed, Director, BX Merchandise
