From introduction to organisational impact

For Bracket, one introduction opened the door to a partnership with lasting impact.

After joining MSDUK in 2021, founder Alison Coward has made a connection with Enterprise Holdings, where early conversations revealed a strong alignment. As discussions deepened, it became clear there was an opportunity to support a broader cultural shift within the organisation.

Working closely with Enterprise Holdings’ HR leadership, Bracket designed and delivered a programme focused on evaluating and strengthening team culture.

The programme focused on practical outcomes. Teams explored how they worked together, how they responded to change and how they could build stronger habits around communication, innovation and learning. Alongside this, a clear development plan was put in place to support long-term growth and leadership capability.

The results were measurable: 39% increase in information sharing, 26% increase in actively seeking opportunities to innovate, 34% increase in time and space for focused work, 10% improvement in overall perception of team culture.

Beyond the numbers, the shift was visible in how teams operated day to day. There was greater openness, stronger collaboration and a more proactive approach to improvement, with teams drawing on both internal and external ideas to evolve how they worked.
