Core Responsibilities
What the board does
Contributing actively in providing strategic direction to MSDUK, advising on overall policy, setting targets, and evaluating performance against agreed targets and in line with MSDUK's mission and values.
Ensuring that MSDUK's strategy and goals comply with its Articles of Association.
Providing strategic guidance to MSDUK to help ensure financial reliance including advice on appropriate controls and procedures.
Supporting and promoting the reputation and values of MSDUK, including acting as an Ambassador for MSDUK programmes.
