There are two booth sizes available. The booths range from £600 to £1000 depending on the dimensions and space assigned. Corporate Members who choose either booth option will also receive a complimentary Day 2 Conference ticket for one representative of their exhibit. 

• Standard Booth (2m X 1m) priced at £600.00 
• Premium Booth (3m X 2m) priced at £1000.00

Certified Ethnic Minority Businesses (EMBs)  

Have their own pricing structure for booths, offering discounted rates to support their participation. Just like Corporate Members, Certified EMBs who reserve a booth will also receive a complimentary Day 2 Conference ticket for one representative of their exhibit. 

• Standard Booth (2m X 1m) priced at £300.00 
• Premium Booth (3m X 2m) priced at £500.00 

All prices mentioned are in GBP (British Pounds) and are subject to 20% VAT.

• 1 x 500w Power Socket: A power socket provided to enable exhibitors to connect and power their electronic devices and equipment. 
• 1 x Trestle Table: A sturdy table provided for exhibitors to display their products, materials, or promotional items. 
• 2 x Chairs: Chairs are provided for exhibitors to comfortably engage with visitors, clients, or potential partners during the event. 
• 1 x Tablecloth: A tablecloth is provided to cover the trestle table, enhancing the booth’s visual presentation and branding. 
• 1 x Exhibitor Rep Ticket: The package includes one complimentary ticket for an exhibit representative to attend the conference on Day 2.
