Designed for ethnic minority SMEs based in London, this free procurement readiness programme empowers businesses to strengthen their capabilities and gain a clear understanding of corporate supply chains. Over four weeks, participants will take part in 16 hours of immersive learning, acquiring practical insights, strategies, and knowledge to navigate corporate procurement with confidence.

Embark on a growth-focused journey with the Southwark Supplier Readiness Programme, offered by MSDUK in partnership with Heart of the City and Southwark Council. This free, dynamic support programme is designed for B2B and B2G businesses in Southwark seeking to build the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to become contract-ready suppliers. The programme combines hybrid learning, in-person workshops and online mentoring, to guide participants through the fundamentals of public and private sector procurement, responsible business practices, and essential transferable skills such as pitching and bid writing. Over the course of the programme, participants will develop a tailored business growth plan and benefit from peer-to-peer mentoring and expert-led sessions with corporate and public sector partners, equipping them with practical tools to grow and compete confidently.

Have a minimum projected turnover of £50,000 in the next 12 months

Be based in Southwark

Meet the Micro and Small enterprise criteria

Have a minimum of 3 employees (including part-time or freelancer collaborators)
