Building Business Leaders of the Future is a Leadership Programme for ambitious Ethnic Minority Business Owners.

Everyone is talking about ‘leadership’, but what does it mean? What makes a good leader? What is the link between leadership and innovation? Can leaders create wealth and promote social responsibility? And how important is good leadership to working with large corporations? These exciting workshops explores these questions by combining insights from leading academics together with the real-life experiences of entrepreneurs – like you – who grapple with these questions on a daily basis. The programme is designed to support businesses that are either at start-up stage or setting themselves for growth. 26 successful applicants will be offered a scholarship worth 2,500 to fully cover the cost of this programme. A £200 + VAT non-refundable deposit will be required if accepted on the programme. This sum will go towards a 1 year MSDUK Membership, which is subject to participants attending 80% (4/5) of the workshops.
