MSDUK member Octavian Group has signed a joint venture agreement with Frontier SGS to form a multimillion-dollar group which will be based in London and Nottingham.

The new company will be called Frontier SGS 360 and will offer IT and security recruitment and services.

Reshma Sheikh, managing director of Octavian UK, said:
