Welcome to the registration guide for becoming a Buyer through the MSDUK portal. This section is designed to walk you through the process with clear, step-by-step instructions to ensure a seamless registration experience.

Buyer Registration #

Please follow the below steps to register as a Buyer.

• On the home page of the MSDUK website (https://www.msduk.org.uk/), click on  and it will redirect you to MSDUK portal where you can login and register as a Buyer.

• Once you are redirected to MSDUK portal click on 

• You also have the option to register as a buyer if a colleague sends you an invitation or unique link. Simply follow the process outlined below.
• To gain access to the MSDUK database and explore the available resources, please complete the registration form in its entirety. Make sure to select your corporate company, which will be automatically selected if you received an email invitation or unique link. Register using your official company email address for authentication purposes.
• In addition, you must choose a corporate role from the options of Buyer, Member of Staff, or Supplier Diversity Professional.
• If you choose the role of Buyer or Supplier Diversity Professional, you will need to select your Primary Areas of Interest (the industries you are interested in for procurement purposes).

• Once you submit the form will see a screen which will ask you to verify your email address and in case you didn’t receive email click on .

• If your email address aligns with your company’s domain email address, you will be granted automatic approval and given access to the MSDUK database.

• If your email address does not match with the company domain, your account will be sent to MSDUK for approval. MSDUK will then verify your account with the corporate and grant you access upon approval.
