A business support project delivered in partnership between Heart of the City, which helps London’s small businesses kickstart their responsible business journeys, and MSDUK, the UK’s leading supplier diversity organisation. It is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

This hybrid programme combines the best of both worlds—two face-to-face training days at the University of Westminster in London and two virtual learning sessions, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for participants. This is a free procurement readiness programme for ethnic minority SMEs with an ambition to grow their capabilities and better understand corporate supply chains. Over 4-6 weeks, committed individuals will engage in 16 hours of immersive learning, gaining insights into corporate supply chains and requirements. Gain an understanding and apply key elements of a capability statement for engaging corporate buyers. By the end of this programme you will be confidently able to pitch your business to the corporate buyers and stakeholders which having developed a peer mentoring network with other ethnic minority businesses.
