“Opening a larger office in Manchester is a natural business progression for us.”
Ameera Francis, Director of Talent Sourcing and Delivery at Gibbs Hybrid Workforce Solutions says of the move: “Opening a larger office in Manchester is a natural business progression for us – we aim to provide our clients with a second-to-none service that is on their doorstep. As a business, we are constantly innovating ways to ensure that our clients are equipped with the best talent to fulfil their workforce demands. Evolving from a traditional recruitment start-up, we have become a single partner of choice for a multitude of people-based workforce solutions. However, as a company, we also believe in giving back to the community where we are based. With that in mind, we wanted to offer a helping hand to the ex-military professionals in the area who may need extra support to find work and utilise their many talents in civilian life. That’s why we are creating the hub for them at our new premises. Furthermore, I am proud that our move to a larger office will also facilitate the creation of 50 jobs over the coming months. I strongly believe everyone deserves a chance to succeed.”
