Complete life cycle tracking of any asset

Every time a change is made to an asset, HSL Asset Manager creates a log entry detailing who made the change as well as the date and time previous field value.

Associated file attachments and document library. Users can upload key files directly to the HSL Asset Manager database and associate them to individual assets.

HSL Asset Manager Inventory data is stored against style templates. These templates contain a range of user-defined fields that allow users to store item specific information.

All asset activities and deployments can be scheduled and tracked. If an asset is due for servicing or is being leased to a third-party, HSL Asset Manager can record these events as well as the time the asset is due to be returned.

Integration

With HSL Asset Manager's External Database Integration, users can link assets to any existing OLEDB compliant data source. HSL Asset Manager also provides advanced synchronisation capabilities.

Contract Opportunties for 2012 London Olympics

Summer 2012 will see London host the Olympic Games. Thousands of UK companies, small and large will be needed to deliver the Games i.e., construction, manufacturing, catering, merchandise, services, IT, marketing, creating valuable procurement opportunities.

CompeteFor is the chosen site of London 2012 for the publication of Games-related contract opportunities. It acts as a brokerage service between buyers throughout the London 2012 supply chain, and potential suppliers. CompeteFor has been developed on behalf of the English Regional Development Agencies and UK Devolved Administrations by the London Development Agency, working closely with the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) and the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA).

MSDUK Exhibiting at the 7th Annual Responsible Business Summitt

MSDUK is pleased to announce that we will be exhibiting at the forthcoming 7th Annual Responsible Business Summit on the 13th May in London.

The event which is expected to be attended by 450-500 delegates is the longest-running and largest Corporate Responsibility conference in Europe.
