Corporate Membership Application
MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA
1. Any corporation, firm, agency, including national, regional, or local governmental agencies or any other organisation interested in and supportive of the aims and purpose of the Minority Supplier Development UK (MSDUK) is eligible for corporate membership.
2. Each member is asked to confirm their membership status (Charter of General Member) and commit to pay annual dues that may be decided by the Board of Directors.
3. Each member organisation is asked to assign a representative to participate on a regular basis in MSDUK meetings and activities. The representative must be familiar with the companies' overall purchasing requirments (including traffic, technical services, employment services, professional services, etc.) and must have the authority to have specific purchasing specialists from their companies to attend MSDUK meetings when their expertise is required.
4. The senior executive responsible for company purchasing is asked to be cognizant of MSDUK and to provide the support necessary for company representatives to participate fully in MSDUK activities.
5. The company representative is asked to assist MSDUK in its efforts to report to the aggregate sterling amount expended with (or committed to) purchases from minority owned companies by purchasing sites located in the United Kingdom. The reporting arrangement assures that individual company purchasing information remains confidential.
