In the past 6 years we have developed a consultative approach to recruitment, having identified systemic reasons that organisations fail to acquire the right talent we have been on hand to correct these and assist in the delivery of business critical IT skills across the EMEA region. As a supplier, our added value is derived from our knowledge of HR & Procurement processes as well as demand planning within System Integrators and end clients alike. What is the background of the Company?
In 2002 Tahir Hussain & Khaleel Ghafoor established Skyline IT Services Ltd after spending a combined 10 years in premium IT recruitment. With a track record of delivery to clients across 3 continents the aim was to offer excellence in SAP & Oracle Recruitment Practice to Blue Chip Organizations across the UK& EMEA region. After establishing itself as a preferred supplier to a number of SAP & Oracle clients, Skyline IT expanded it’s range of staffing areas to include, infrastructure, RDBMS & Application Development. A key driver has been the push to create more ethical practices amongst candidates, clients and other agencies but also to help organizations identify supply chain inefficiencies specific to staffing & selection.
What are the unique selling points of the business?
Unlike the conventional business model for agencies which exhibit aggressive tactics and foster short-termism, our “Modus Operandi” consists of setting of benchmark levels of technical insight into each IT layer of IT we operate within. This coupled with our consultative approach to both project and permanent recruitment allows us to illustrate to clients our in-depth understanding of not just technology but also “Best Practice” HR-Recruitment & Selection Policies and Processes. Our senior staff have HR backgrounds allowing them to engage with procurement/HR managers/buyers and illustrate the commercial benefits of selecting Skyline IT as well as identifying sub-optimised Recruitment Procedures which can addressed.
Who are your major clients?
Our most notable client’s would include Oracle Corporation to whom we have been preferred suppliers for 5 years, Logica, Oxford University, CSC, BSI UK, Ecolab, IBM & Accenture. Through our consultative approach and technical understanding of each IT domain, we have built sustainable relationships but more importantly trust based upon a track record of delivery and an intrinsic knowledge of HR & Procurement Processes.
