Mayank Shah Mayank Shah

Director

Mayank is responsible for the overall management and delivery of MSDUK's programmes and activities. Before joining MSDUK, Mayank was the Project Development Manager of Supplier Development East Midlands programme at DeMontfort University. He has nearly 16 years of managing his own business in India and has extensive knowledge of raw material procurement, vendor development and international trade. Mayank has an MBA and another Master's Degree in Business and Commerce and is currently doing a part time PhD in 'Supplier Diversity'. Mayank is married with two children and lives in Leicester.

Snowia Hussain

Snowia Hussain

Business Development Manager - London and the South East

Snowia joined MSDUK in May 2007 and is responsible for the delivery of programme activities in London and the South East. Prior to joining MSDUK she was the Supplier Diversity Manager, London and South East for Business in the Community. Snowia has a wide range of experience in community development and regeneration and sustainable development with minority led businesses, faith and voluntary groups in Wales and the London and Sourth East area. Snowia holds a degree in Business Information Technology and Law and is married and lives in North London.

Supplier Relationship Manager - London and the South East

Elsa joined MSDUK in May 2008 and is responsible for managing existing relationships with suppliers and identifying and recruiting new suppliers. Elsa is also responsible for the implementation of MSDUK’s Certification process.

Before joining MSDUK, Elsa focussed her energies within the business development arena managing several projects including NW10 Connect, Faith in Business and the SIED Project.  Elsa has held several positions within the business arena, such as, former Chairman of The Institute of Business Advisers, former member of the The Small Business Council and the Small Firms Enterprise Development Iniatiative.

Louise McHale

Louise McHale

Events Coordinator

Louise is responsible for the organisation of MSDUK’s events and the day-to-day administration of the MSDUK Leicester office.Originally from Ireland, Louise came to the UK to study for a MA in Museum Studies and never quite managed to move back to Dublin. Prior to joining MSDUK, Louise has worked at the National Portrait Gallery, commercial art galleries in London and a fine art & antique auction house. She also ran her own art gallery & consultancy in Leicester where she organised regular exhibitions of work by local and national artists.Louise spends most of her free time renovating her house in Leicester.

Malvika Patel

Administrative Assistant

Malvika joined MSDUK in February 2008, she supports all aspects of the day to day activities at our Leicester based office.  Prior to joining MSDUK, Malvika was an Account Manager for British Gas Business.  She has a vast amount of experience in sales, customer service and marketing.  In her spare time Malvika enjoys reading, cooking and travelling.
